This was my first and LAST time to this Sportsclips location. I came here from Florida just 3 days prior and thought I would get the same great service I’ve gotten for years. Here is the “play by play”. I walked in to the Forestville Road location, signed in on their IPad. Did not wait very long about 10 minutes. The stylist (Taryn) went to the iPad visibly upset and then called my name and sat me at a chair. She said NOTHING else after that to me, but was going on about her co workers several times while cutting my hair. She dropped combs and clips several times (hoping she got new). Once the haircut was done she finally said “Anything else I can do for you?” But it was the way she said it — as if it was going to be a bother to do more. I ignored it because I wanted my hair washed. I told her “Actually I was going to ask you to ash my hair as I’m not going right home”. She did not say anything except started walking. So I assumed I’d go with her to the “Shower’s”. I just sat down and awaited the wash. The entire time she was washing my hair she was complaining about this location and “how no one wants to come into work!” She continued and said to additional co-workers: “well I’m going on 12 days with no day off”. “I’m tired of no one coming I to work”. At the end of the wash she dried my hair with the steam towel that was on my face. Not a dry towel. Usually I am used to going back to the chair for styling but she escorted me right to the checkout to pay. Again, saying nothing about the cost, o looked at the screen and it stated code 121 Adult MVP $25.00. I then left her a $6.00 tip (would have been more of this gal was not so upsetting) for a total of $31.00. Having been to Sportclips for years I knew she over charged me. I should have paid for only a Triple Play. There was no MVP today and their will not be after all this mess. I think this location needs to become what sport clips always was. Leave the drama at home or when customers aren’t in your chairs. I will Contact the management/owner about this as well as I would like an adjustment to my card. It’s petty. But it’s the principal Of all the actions that day. I will add that she did a good job on the haircut.

My husband always complains about his haircuts. He says they never do what he asks. He told Cindy what he wanted and finally he got what he wanted. As we walked to the car, he was smiling and said ok, that's it....I'm never going anywhere else lol. Sports clips, you won my hubby over :)

I have had Cindy cut my son’s hair at least 4 times now. She always does a fantastic job! I rarely have to wait and the price is very reasonable.
